DRAFT — pending legal review. Not yet in force.
This page needs legal review before the site launches.
Terms of Use
These terms cover your use of mysitebroke.co. They are separate from our Terms of Agreement, which cover hiring us to do work.
Site Rescue™ is a service of NBLK® LLC (New York) and NBLK Global Ltd (United Kingdom).

1. Using this site
You may use this site to read about what we do, to look at our work, and to book a consultation. That is what it is for.
You may not use it to send automated traffic, to scrape it at scale, to attempt to break into it, or to do anything unlawful.
2. Booking a consultation
The booking form asks for your email address. First name, your website address and a description of what is wrong are optional.
Booking a consultation does not create a contract for work. It books a conversation. Any work that follows is covered by our Terms of Agreement and by a written scope you approve first.
Free consultations are limited. Our booking system tracks how many free consultations you have taken. After the first, a shorter slot may be offered. After that, we may ask you to complete a short form or arrange a paid consultation before scheduling again. This exists so that people genuinely preparing to make a decision can get time with us.
Cancellations. Please cancel or reschedule through the calendar link in your confirmation email. Repeated no-shows may mean we stop offering free slots.
3. What is on this site
Prices. The prices shown are honest ranges based on our actual work. They are a guide, not a quote. Your price is fixed in writing after the consultation, once we have seen what is actually there.
Statistics. Figures marked as coming from our own rebuilds are drawn from our client records. Figures attributed to outside sources are from published research, cited where shown. We believe all of them to be accurate at the time of writing.
Examples of work. Any before-and-after examples are shown with the client's permission, or are clearly marked as illustrations.
Nothing here is advice. The guidance on this site is general. It is not legal, technical or business advice for your specific situation, and we are not liable for decisions made on the strength of reading it.
4. Accounts and access
This site has no login. You do not create an account to use it or to book a consultation.
If you become a client and we give you access to a project portal, a staging site or any other system we run, that access is personal to you. Do not share credentials. Tell us immediately if you believe someone else has them.
5. Our content
The text, design, code, images and marks on this site belong to NBLK LLC. The Site Rescue name and mark, and the NBLK name and mark, are ours.
You may quote or link to this site. You may not copy it wholesale, reproduce the design, or present our content as yours.
6. Your content
If you send us a website address, a description of a problem, files, images or text, you keep ownership of it.
You confirm that you have the right to send it, and that doing so does not breach anyone else's copyright, confidentiality or contract. We are not responsible for material you send us that you were not entitled to send.
You give us permission to use what you send only for the purpose of the consultation and any work that follows. Nothing more.
Do not send us sensitive information through the site. The description field on the booking form is ordinary text. Do not put passwords, card numbers, health information or anything else confidential into it. If you need to send us something sensitive, we will arrange a secure method.
7. Feedback
If you send us an idea or suggestion about our service, we may use it without owing you anything for it. This is a standard term and is not an attempt to take anything of value from you.
8. Links to other sites
Where we link to somewhere else, we do not control that site and are not responsible for what is on it.
9. Availability
We try to keep this site up. We do not guarantee it will always be available, and we are not liable for loss arising from it being down.
10. Liability
Disclaimer. This site is provided as it is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the information on it is complete or current at every moment.
We are not liable for indirect loss arising from your use of this site.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
11. Indemnity
If your use of this site causes a claim against us — because you sent material you were not entitled to send, or used the site unlawfully — you agree to cover our reasonable costs in dealing with it.
12. Suspension
We may block access to this site from a particular source where it is being used abusively, automated against our wishes, or used to attempt to break in. We do not have to warn you first.
13. If part of this does not hold
If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still applies. An unenforceable clause is treated as removed, not as invalidating the whole document.
14. Disputes
Before starting any formal proceedings, contact us and give us thirty days to resolve it. Most things can be settled with a conversation.
15. Changes
We may update these terms. The current version is always the one on this page.
16. Law
For visitors in the United States, these terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. For visitors in the United Kingdom and elsewhere, by the laws of England and Wales.

Notes for legal review
- Confirm the consultation-limit language is enforceable and not discriminatory in either jurisdiction.
- Confirm the disclaimer on published statistics is adequate, particularly for the figures drawn from our own client records.
- Confirm the "prices are a guide, not a quote" language holds under UK consumer law, where displayed prices can carry more weight than in the US.
- Confirm whether a separate cookie notice is required, depending on what analytics are running.
- Confirm the indemnity in section 11 is enforceable against a consumer in both jurisdictions, or whether it should be limited to business users.
- Confirm the thirty-day dispute window in section 14 does not inadvertently limit any statutory right to bring a claim.
- Confirm the feedback clause in section 7 is standard and acceptable.
- Confirm the warning against sending sensitive information in section 6 is adequate, given the free-text field on the booking form.
